MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

On 23.05.2025, the Association of Visual Artists of Kosovo (AAVK) and the company FLORI Gallery LLC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the management and development of the FLORI Gallery platform in the “Prishtina MALL” shopping center.

With this Memorandum, FLORI Gallery provides AAVK with the use of the FLORI Gallery, along with the accompanying facilities, for the purposes of organizing and realizing exhibitions and other artistic and cultural activities of the Association, and aims to build a strategic partnership in support of visual art in Kosovo, through the creation of an innovative platform that will serve artists as a space for exhibition, networking and professional development.

The parties agreed that through this cooperation:

• Promote Kosovo's visual artists at the local and international level;

• Create new opportunities for representation, sales and access to contemporary art networks;

• Build bridges of cooperation between the cultural and private sectors.

The Memorandum was signed by the President of AAVK, Mr. Kamuran Goranci, and the Director of FLORI Gallery LLC, Mr. Trim Gjota, in a spirit of trust and shared vision to advance the field of visual art in the country.
