Foundation Act

The organization aims to be an independent, non-profit association with the following goals:

1. Uniting Visual Artists: To bring together visual artists in Kosovo to create a unified voice that advocates for the rights of visual artists and the advancement of visual art within the country.

2. Creating a Supportive Environment: To establish a supportive environment that protects the legal rights of visual artists in Kosovo, enabling them to realize their potential while drawing inspiration from contemporary art and advanced cultures in Europe and beyond.

3. Establishing Legal Infrastructure: To develop a legal framework that includes the status of independent artists in Kosovo (according to the European Convention for Art and Culture)3, protecting the authority and rights of artists to practice their profession with quality and legality, ensuring the free movement of artists, and providing tax benefits3.
